I have been in the fitness industry for over 4 years now, coaching group fitness and helping others become stronger versions of themselves. I also have a Bachelors in the Science of Nursing and am a Registered Nurse, working as a nurse I have seen the damages living an unhealthy lifestyle can have on the human body.
I firmly believe life is about balance. Fueling your body does not always mean eating chicken, but can also mean eating a cookie at a family party. The best way to live a healthy lifestyle and continue to do so is by finding what you love about food, exercise, and goals and putting it all together. Nutrition is not a one size fits all or an all or nothing situation.
